Media Visit Request Form – Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Please note that media visits are handled on a case-by-case basis. To help facilitate the process, please take note and follow these guidelines:

• Please provide at least a three weeks notice of your visit.
• Please fill out and submit the following form, prior to contacting us.
• A Letter of Assignment may be requested.
• Examples of travel-related coverage may be requested.
• We require at meet-and-greet for all visiting media, so please plan accordingly.
• Complimentary or media rate arrangements are at the discretion of the resort and are subject to availability.
